100 Years of History

Offered by Whistler Museum and Archives and last updated on September 21, 2011.

Description

Quite a lot has happened in Whistler in the last 100 years! Join the Whistler Museum on a whirlwind journey through the valley's past. From travelling with packhorses up the rough Pemberton Trail, to skiing the newly developed mountains, all the way to becoming a world-class resort and hosting the 2010 Winter Games. Following the presentation, your class will be able to interact with our exhibits as we provide curriculum-linked activities and an opportunity to explore the Museum. Add a beeswax candle rolling craft for $1 per student.
