| Other Registration Info | Located on one of BC's hidden jewel lakes Sasamat Outdoor Centre is a year round facility which offers programs centred on outdoor pursuits * Found in Belcarra Regional Park 9km north of Porty Moody Sasamat is surrounded by hundreds of acres of forested land and extensive trail networks * On site Sasamat offers seven winterized lakefront cabins and four winterized lakefront cottages for overnight accommodations of up to 82 people * The main Helm lodge seats up to 90 people and contains a fully catered kitchen which serves hearty, homecooked, wholesome meals and the dining hall houses a two storey indoor and outdoor fireplace with panoramic views of the lake * Custom programs are available for day trips and overnights (2 day/1 night, 3 day/2 night, 4 day/3 night & 5 day/4 night) * Choose from a variety of activities lead by our qualified staff: canoeing, archery, kayaking, ropes course, swimming, voyageur canoe, orienteering, hiking, wood chopping, outdoor cooking, arts and crafts, wide games, evening programs, campfire programs, team building, environmental studies and much more * Enjoy our private sand beach with expansive docks and change rooms * Our main fire pit overlooks the lake and offers the perfect way to end every day with a fun and exciting campfire program * Registration includes catering and janitorial services * Bookings recommended well in advance for spring/fall season * Contact us today to discuss a one-of-a-kind field trip experience for your school and receive one free adult member for every ten students for groups over the size of 60 participants * Play, learn, grow, lead in the outdoors! |
