| Cancellation Policy | Tickets are non-refundable. In certain cases (weather, accident, etc), a credit for tickets purchased will be issued to the school. Please contact Carousel Theatre for more information. |
| Deposit Comment | Just give Carousel Theatre a shout, and we'll let you know which performances are available. Once the number of seats is confirmed, we will send the school an invoice. A 25% deposit is due within two weeks upon the receipt of invoice, and the remaining balance is due 30 business days prior to your scheduled performance. |
| Other Registration Info | Carousel Theatre offers specially discounted tickets for schools bringing students to weekday performances, Monday through Friday, mornings and afternoons. Adults save $17.50 off the regular ticket price! FYI to all our teacher friends: Book 15 seats, receive one free! (Example: book 17, pay for 16- or book 35 and only pay for 33) SCHOOL MATINEE BOOKING POLICIES School Matinee Groups must be 10 people or more. Tickets are non-refundable. Number of seats can be changed up to 10 business days prior to the date of performance. Seats changed after this deadline will be credited up to 5 seats for the next performance booked with Carousel Theatre. Invoices must be signed and returned with a 25% non-refundable deposit within two weeks of receipt of invoice. Bookings under $300 must be paid in full within two weeks of receipt of invoice. Failure to return invoice with payment by the due date may automatically cancel the booking. The balance of the amount owing will be due 21 business days prior to the performance. If this balance has not been received the tickets represented by the unpaid portion may be cancelled. Deadline dates will be clearly indicated on the invoice.
