Cancellation Policy	• Cancellations with at least 14 days notice will be reimbursed their deposit minus a $50 administration fee. • Cancellations within 14 days of the program will not receive their deposit back and if no deposit has been taken are subject to a charge of $50 per grouping of up to 8 participants. • Cancellations must be made with the bookings department in writing or verbally with bookings department staff. • 14 days notice required for changes or cancellation of catering for any program. Cancellations or changes to catering must be made in writing. Cancellations or changes within the 14 day period are subject to the full catering cost. • Deep Cove Kayak reserves the right to cancel any program without prior warning • 48 hours notice required to re-schedule a program • In the occurrence of a no show or cancellation on the day of the program; client is subject to full charge

ONE payment must be received for the entire group. • Deposit will be applied to invoice and must be received in full to confirm a program. • For all special payment arrangements, payment must be received within 30 days of the program or the full cost of the program will be charged to the credit card offered to confirm the booking. • If no special payment arrangements have been made and no payment has been received by the end of the program the given credit card will be charged the full cost of the program. • Full charge on given credit card for a no show Participation: • All participants must be present for the boat and safety talk - Teachers/leaders are NOT required to go out on the water to supervise, however we encourage you to join your group with all activities - All groups receive one complimentary leader for every 12 student participants. This cannot be put towards any student participants. • Waivers for all participants must be signed by all participants or participants’ guardians and in the possession of Deep Cove Kayak at the start of the program. • Participants under the age of 19 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Any participant without a signed waiver will NOT be permitted to participate in on-water activities. Teachers are not legal guardians. • For Double Kayak Programs all teachers/chaperones/activity leaders are required to paddle in double kayaks unless the total participant numbers are an odd number and require one participant in a single kayak

Dragon Boat Challenge in Deep Cove

Bring your group for an exciting Dragon Boat Challenge on the calm waters of Indian Arm. Let our experienced guides take your group out on the water in our 48-foot long canoe-type boats. We have two dragon boats available allowing fun races and challenges to take place.Your group will have to work as a team to allow the large boats to glide on the water which will help building teamwork, communication and coordination. Dragon boating requires a minimum of 14 participants per boat and one of the boats has a maximum capacity of 24 participants and the other 20 participants allowing a total of 44 participants to take part in the activity at once. Reserve one or both of our dragon boats for your group and let us take your group on a safe and exciting excursion.
Sea Kayaking Excursion in Deep Cove

Bring your group for an exciting sea kayaking excursion on the scenic Indian Arm located in North Vancouver, BC only 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Nestled in the tranquil waterfront community of Deep Cove, Deep Cove Canoe & Kayak Centre is the perfect venue for your paddling activity. The area offers calm waters which provide a safe environment for young, first-time paddlers.Our knowledgeable guides & instructors love to take youth of all ages out on the water while putting emphasis on safety and skills development. We welcome school, ESL students & community groups at a special discounted rate.There are two parks adjacent to our waterfront facilities which offer green spaces for socializing and picnicking.
