School programs are an introduction to nature and the environment in the Richmond Nature Park. The core of each program is an outdoor exploration of nature in the bog with a focus on plants, animals and habitat. Grade appropriate programs will address B.C. Prescribed Learning Outcomes that are relevant to this environment and the seasons so we encourage you to share your field trip objectives with us. A flexible new programming style allows more time to discover this unique place. Programs are 1.5 hours long and include a one-hour exploration of the park and 30 minutes in the Nature House.
