Program Description

A world-renowned weeklong festival of performing and visual arts for young audiences. The Vancouver International Children's Festival has been educating, entertaining and inspiring educators, students and families since 1978. 2019 Festival School Tickets go on sale early November 2018.

    2018 Festival Dates: May 28 - June 3. Weekday activity zone hours: 9:30 - 2:30 (Fri till 6:00) Shows are all about 45-55 minutes long and can accommodate between 50 and 350 students, depending on the venue. Show ticket includes access to all arts-based site activities (15-20 each year).
