Manage Your Account

All institution members have user account information they are responsible for. This information is edited quite easily by filling out the appropriate fields. Typically, this information is:

  • E-mail Address: the e-mail address associated with your account. This e-mail address should be a valid e-mail account and preferably one that is associated with the organisation instead of a specific person (eg. info@).
  • Password: users may change the password associated with the account.

Editing Account Information

  1. Open your Internet browser and login to your institution's account.
  2. Click my account.
  3. Click edit account.
  4. Update the appropriate information.
  5. Click submit.

Your information is now saved into the system.
