Program Description

Find inspiration in permanent collection artworks by Sally Michener and Davide Pan and in masks from across the globe. Students will learn ceramic techniques such as slab construction, slip and score, and surface treatment through creating their own clay mask.

    Morning programs include a guided tour from 9:15−10:15am and a workshop from 10:15-11:45am.

    MORNING WORKSHOPS • All morning programs include an exhibition tour followed by a workshop. AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS • Afternoon Art Encounter programs include a tour (10:45−11:30AM), lunch break (11:30−12:30PM), and workshop (12:30–2PM). • Other afternoon programs include only the workshop (12:30−2PM). However, we encourage you to book your free tour (10:45−11:30AM) to inspire students, followed by a lunch break (11:30−12:30PM)
